There will be NO "scratch" meetings the morning of the regional meets.
PLEASE do not enter more than ONE (1) regional meet. If you have more than one regional meet added to your ENDURO Entries schedule on your Main Roster page (Step 2), you must immediately delete the meet from your schedule that is not the meet you will be attending.
To remove a meet, log into your ENDURO Entries (TrackRoster) account and click the red "Remove" link beside the name of the meet on your "Main Roster" page. If you have a Boys Roster and a Girls Roster on your account, remove the incorrect meet from both rosters. _________________________________________________________________________________
Wednesday: ENTRY DEADLINE for OSSAA Regional 5A-6A Meets: Wednesday - May 1ST - 4:00pm May 1st All entries are through ENDURO Entries.com (TrackRoster™). No EXCEPTIONS.
Thursday: Return to this webpage to review the Performance List - beginning 11am. (See below.) May 2nd - - - An "Exceptions Report" will also be published with each Performance List. The "Exceptions Report" contains mistakes that were made when entering athletes into competition on ENDURO Entries (TrackRoster). Coaches - - - check your entries to make sure the times, marks and events are entered correctly. Common mistakes are as follows: - 100m Dash ----- 11minutes - 30 seconds instead of 11.3 seconds. - A girl is entered in the 110m hurdles instead of the 100m Hurdles. - A boy is entered in the 100m hurdles instead of the 110m Hurdles. - Athlete was entered in the wrong Division. (For example: 5A vs 6A) If you do not see an athlete entered in an event, look at the other division to see if your athlete is in the event in the other division. To edit an athlete's time/mark on your ENDURO Entries account, go to Step #4, delete the effected event, then add the event again with the correct time/mark. Make all corrections on ENDURO Entries before the final deadline. (see below) Incorrect times, marks and events may result in the loss of heat and lane preference. Thursday / 11:00am to Correction / Deletions Period and Declaration Deadline Friday / 10am: Return to your ENDURO Entries (TrackRoster) account to DELETE ALL athletes from May 2nd & 3rd your 2013 entries who are not going to compete in the 2013 regional meet. REQUIRED. To remove an athlete from your 2013 regional entries, go to Step #3 in your ENDURO Entries account and click "REMOVE" beside the athlete's name. Also, make your FINAL corrections during this time, BEFORE Friday morning at 10am. DEADLINE for FINAL corrections and deletions - Friday - 10:00am - May 3RD
Entries listed on your ENDURO Entries account (Step #6) on Friday at 10:01am, are your FINAL DECLARATIONS. As of Friday (May 3RD) - 10:01am, all entries are DECLARED, and FINAL.
Friday / 7pm: Return to this webpage after 7:00pm to view and print your copy of the Meet Program, May 3rd which will have heat and lane assignment information for your region. - - - See below.
Saturday: Coaches meeting - - - 8:30 May 4th There will NOT be a "Scratch" meeting on Saturday morning prior to the meet. Please note: Due to the availability of the Meet Program (seeded entries) below. heat sheets will not be on display for review at the coaches meeting. PERFORMANCE LIST Click on your classification to the right of your regional assignment to view the Performance List for your region, classification and gender.
If your athlete or relay team is listed on the Exceptions Report, that means you most likely made an incorrect entry on your ENDURO Entries (TrackRoster) account. Please review your entry for that athlete or relay team and correct the entry between Thursday 11am (May 2ND) and Friday 10am (May 3RD).
Please note: The entry/performance list, exceptions and excessive entries report (for preliminary entries) will only be published ONCE. These preliminary documents will NOT be updated to reflect changes that occur between Wednesday @ 4:00pm and Friday @ 10:00am. You'll need to return to this webpage after 7:00pm Friday to see the changes that you made on your ENDURO Entries account between Thursday morning and the Friday morning (10am) Deadline. Your "Corrections and Deletions" will be reflected in the Meet Program that will be published at 7:00pm Friday on this webpage.

If you do not see an athlete entered in an event, check to see if the correct Division (5A - 6A) was selected on TrackRoster. Correct the Division (on TrackRoster) before the final deadline.
